Maria Turco is a yogini, entrepreneur, CEO, business leader and founder of Honor Yoga. She came to us for a double portrait session - her own YouShine® session and her family portraits. Over the whole experience we got to know her as the calming, vibrant, composed yogini and as she calls herself a badass buddha! Now that is a role model for her daughters.
We captured Maria and Adam as the fun couple they are.
Adam and Maria have two beautiful daughters - 15-year-old Mia and 12-year-old Adison. Both are polar opposites and so Yin and Yang and in love with each other. Their giggles and inside jokes filled up our studio. Both think the world of their mom and love it that even their friends love her! Their favorite mother-daughter days are shopping together.
Mia and Adison’s portraits weave in their stories and their personalities. While one is a soccer fan, outgoing and extroverted, the other one is quiet, reserved and even has her own Etsy store for the rings that she designs!
The portrait below will always bring a smile to my face! During their Reveal and Design Consult, when Maria and Adam saw this portrait they laughed when we referred to it as Adam’s family! We think that’s pretty apt!
